We work with small and medium-sized businesses, founder-led organisations and growing companies that are formalising their HR function, introducing performance management, improving engagement, hiring for key roles or building people capability.
Our focus is small and growing businesses. That said, we also work with specific HR teams inside larger organisations on projects such as PMS implementation, engagement diagnostics or manager development where a flexible partner is helpful.
We are not a recruitment agency. Hiring is one of the ways we support clients, but our core practice is building HR foundations — performance management, engagement, HR capacity and capability building. When we support hiring, we focus on structured process, screening and interview coordination.
Ivory Tusk Consultancy is an independent, founder-led consultancy. Our founder, Riddhi Bhatt, supports the HR capacity and people requirements of businesses within the Pride Group ecosystem alongside building Ivory Tusk. That experience shapes how we work with clients — but Ivory Tusk is an independent practice.
